Grupo Operativo Magic, S.A de C.V., (hereinafter, “Grupo Operativo Magic” and/or the “Responsible Party”), with domicile at Avenida 10 norte Manzana 108 lote 001 entre calle 10 BIS y 12 NTE, Colonia Centro, Playa del Carmen, Q. Roo C.P. 77710, shall be responsible of the privacy of your personal data, in compliance with the Federal Law of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, and its Regulations, in this regard we inform you the following: The Responsible Party may collect the Personal Data provided for the following purposes: Recruitment and Selection Process; creation and implementation of analytical and statistical processes; statistical, advertising, marketing or commercial prospecting and/or labor control.

The Holder of the personal data may at any time exercise his/her ARCO rights (access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition), with respect to the treatment of his/her personal data. In addition, he/she may revoke the consent granted for the use of his/her personal data by means of an e-mail to: [email protected] addressed to Ana María del Carmen Vega Razo, responsible of the treatment of the Personal Data of Grupo Operativo Magic.

The request shall contain: a) The name and domicile or e-mail of the Holder so as to inform him/her the response to his/her request; b) The documents that accredit the identity of the Holder, or in its case, the legal representation of the person acting on his/her behalf; c) The clear and precise description of the Personal Data

with respect to which the Holder seeks to exercise any of the aforementioned rights; d) Any other element or document that may facilitate the location of the Personal Data of the Holder; e) Clearly specify if the request is

with respect to the access, rectification, cancellation or opposition; f) The motive of the request; and g) The modifications to be performed in case of rectification of Personal Data.

Grupo Operativo Magic shall inform you in a maximum term of 20 (twenty) business days, counted as of the date of reception of the request, with respect to the determination adopted and if determined admissible the same shall be effective within the following 15 (fifteen) business days after the date in which its admissibility was informed, pursuant to what is established in the Regulations of the Federal Law of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, provided that, Grupo Operativo Magic may extend such periods up to 20 (twenty) additional business days when the peculiarities of the case require so and in such case the Holder shall be notified to his/her e-mail.
